    I had the ***** ****** procedure done, it did not work. The owner said they would give back the money ($2600). She has been EXTREMELY hard to get in touch with and has not refunded anything. And now won't respond at all to me asking for more information on refund. I have reached out to ***** ****** and they have no record of this business/owner requesting a refund. This place place is extremely unprofessional and DOES NOT stay true to their word. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It was a waste of time and money and the owner does not care.

    She is to contact ***** ****** for further assistance.  She bought services @ Allure Day Spa which she received. We have previously uploaded our policies & procedures which she signed, We also uploaded pictures showing her results, as well as where we have reached out to ***** ******.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.

    Owner did not do her part for a refund. They are the ones ultimately responsible and the results were supposed to be guaranteed or money back. Procedure did not work in target area. Owner uploaded pictures of wrong area.
