    I bought a new halo 4 burner griddle a couple weeks ago and put it together and the starter did not work. I have tried to contact customer but can only leave a message. I need someone to tell

    I ordered the Halo Prime 1500 pellet grill and rechargeable battery on July 5, 2024, and it was delivered a week later. An app was available at the time through the Apple App Store and while it didn't work very well, at least it was usable. This Spring, the app disappeared from the App Store and from my phone. I want to be advised when the app will be available again and if it won't, I want to be reimbursed the amount listed.

    My reasoning for this is the grill was sold with the understanding that it had a workable app and now it doesn't. Without the app, it is very difficult to control the gill as the controller on the grill is very difficult to use.

    This company offers a 5 warranty on its product. In less than 2 years the inside of the pizza oven is all rusted out. Not safe to cook food in . I contacted them and they say only painted surface is cover 1 year. But warranty is different 5 year they claim . They refuse to replace this item and offer no help .
