    jet skis were suppose to be winterized. went up in the spring check on them, the drain plugs were in the jet ski and one was filled w/ water covering almost half the engine. That was april. i called in may and the lady said there was no ticket on it to her looked at. i told her the owner said he would do that. she talked to her husband the owner & said they would get ticket on it to look at it. water got into the bendix, jet ski would not turn over. owner said he would look at it, i kept calling back later, finally late june the owner said he looked at it and that the starter wouldn’t turn over and that he would have to fix that before he could check if the water had froze & mess engine up. and that cost is on me. I then called mechanic to come and look at jet ski at the shop, he said that water had gotten into starter and prob bendix & messed it up. he looked at spark plugs and could tell that it had not been replaced as the shop said that they did replace during the winterization. mechanic took jet ski to his shop, he video recorded everything showing that no antifreeze came out of the one jet ski and only water came out the other one. he videoed showing that the plugs were never changed as the shop said that they did. clement’s marine said he would pay for the repair of the dendix but continues to deny that they failed to do winterizing of jet skis. went ahead & agreed for him to pay for the repair of bendix just to avoid going to court. I have been emailing him reg. he finally said check would be in the mail. & it has never came. now he says he wants a more itemized bill from my mechanic, i told him that is all he gave me. it was labor of everything he did. he had agreed to pay 400.00 but i still have not received it, if i have to go to court i want the 400 plus the cost they charge me for winterizing in which they didn’t do an additional 200 and something plus the one jet ski has clogged throddle becuSe it was not winterize & had bad gas.

    Jet skies were winterized. We do not put any antifreeze in jet skies, that is not the requirement to winterize a jet skis. The jet skis will pump it out antifreeze as soon as you put in there. We do blow out all water in the system. Her jet skies were left out in the open lot due to not having any winter storage for 2023-2024. In this case, with no storage for the winter, we left the plugs in. That is customers responsibility to take them out. She was to come pick these up at time when we were done. Ms. Hall knew her skies were done and paid for her bill. When she came in the spring of 2024, that's when she wanted to pay for the storage, which she did. But I explained, this makes no sense since we didn't have you down for winter storage.  As far as the winterize, I have invoice stating we have indeed done the job. Also, with her complaints about going to another mechanic, I have that invoice to, there is no information on invoice describing the labor she had done  That is all we asked for. The invoice she sent us from him, doesn't have her name, or any information on her.  We have tried contacting the mechanic that worked on jet skis, but no luck in talking to him. Also, we never put gas in her jet skis.As far as the bad gas, that is not on us. Before, I sent her any money, I ask for a detailed invoice and record showing what that mechanic did. I am not writing her a check with no other reason than her stating what happened.

    ** **** has come in very often at odd times, made us stop what my mechanics were doing to work on her jet ski and we have always done so. I am very sorry this has happened. She has only sent a requirement through email which my husband agreed to of $400.00 and if she wants to go to court that will be what we have to do. All I asked was a detailed invoice describing the labor and the part with part number on the invoice.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    i have video of where water was not flushed out of jet ski. i have video that my plugs were not new still used. 

    i gave receipt. a part was not ordered it was all labor. 

    it states labor on it. the gas- if not winterized then no gas stabilization went in it.
