      Ordered a 4-switch looper from them in August 2021 ($67). Have yet to receive product. Have sent several emails to company with no response back. Have received no correspondence from them whatsoever regarding my order.

      $138 was charged to my card and I would like a refund because a product was never sent and no communication

      Purchased a A/B/C switcher pedal off the Loop Master website on 10/24/22 for a total of $108.00 (order number: *****) and never received an email confirmation with a receipt of any kind. When I sent an email to try and acquire one I received an auto reply email about the owner having health issues. I then reached out multiple times request and cancellation and refund once I realized I might not see my order for a long time, if ever. I never got a response or refund. If you are unable to answer emails and fulfill orders of any kind you should close your books. This is very wrong to continue to take peoples money. I want a full refund, and the rest of the guitar world to know to steer clear of this company.

      Ordered a loop pedal, 3 months later and I've still never received product and business will not respond to multiple emails. Website still states he was injured and slowly getting back to work.

      I paid $46 for an item on 2/5/2022 and was told it'd be 8-12 weeks for delivery. I understood that it's a one man operation and these units are made to order. I first emailed after 12 weeks to inquire about its status and received an automated reply citing health issues and that he was behind schedule. I completely sympathized with him and I waited several more weeks before following up. I just got the same automated response. I've since emailed numerous times and haven't received a single update about the item I purchased. Only an email address is provided as a form of contact and I can't get an actual person to talk to me. Apparently this company's been doing this for quite some time and no one is doing anything about it. Over 30 weeks later and I still don't have my pedal.
