      After learning about several complaints, I decided to reach out to Loop-Master Pedals to inquire about the situation that had been causing concern among customers a few years ago. It came to my attention that the owner had faced significant life-threatening complications, which I was previously unaware of, leading to delays in fulfilling orders. He shared that he has been steadily working to address the backlog of orders while also fulfilling new ones. Curious to see the current state of affairs, I recently took the chance and purchased a 4 Loop-Master Looper Strip. Here's my review:
      The communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. I received regular updates on the status of my order, which gave me peace of mind and demonstrated Loop-Master Pedals' commitment to transparency. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly and professionally, which made me feel valued and supported as a customer.

      I ordered a dual loop switcher from The Loop Master and had a great experience with him. He was very responsive and provided helpful insight. When I ordered, the price was good and shipped the next day. The product was built with high quality and has worked flawlessly. I even asked for a specific grounding configuration and he accommodated the request at no additional charge. I would go back to him for any such new products that I might need.

      Explaining that he'd recently had some serious health issues and was trying to restore his reputation here, this seller requested that I share my personal experience with him. I will gladly do so, as I certainly owe him that. I purchased a used EHX Memory Toy delay pedal from him on Reverb.com, and soon as I plugged it in, I noticed that it went into self-osciallation quickly and the blend knob wasn't working correctly. My guess was that someone along the way had attempted to adjust the internal trim pots to alter the delay and modulation, as that seems to be a popular thing to do with these pedals. Anyway, a smart person would've imemdiately contacted the seller and returned the pedal. Instead, I consulted you tube and hoped to salvage the situation by trying to normalize the related trim pots. Lets just say that things went rapidly downhill from there, as not only couldn't I regulate the settings, but it ultimately quit working completely. So I was truly feeling like the world's biggest imbecile at that point, as the fact that I tried to rectify the existing problem, now left me responsible - basically like a hot potato scenario. I informed the seller of what occurred, basically expecting him to say, "tough luck, chump," but that isn't what occurred. Instead, he took me at my word when I explained how the pedal was malfunctioning from the get-go, accepted a return, and cheerfully refunded my money. This turn of events was very shocking, in the best possible way. He wouldn't have been required to refund even .01, had he chosen not to, and yet he did so anyway, voluntarily. I can't speak for the other reviewers below, or the influence the seller's health had on those particular transactions, but I can tell you without hesitation, that the customer service he provided for me was way above and beyond what he was required to do. My hope is that mine will be the first of many positive reviews to follow, as the seller rebuilds his reputation after his health ordeals.

      Ordered a pedal May 5th - with caveat that it will take 8-12 weeks to deliver. It's November 9th and no pedal. I emailed once in July, they apologized and it would be a little longer. In November I asked for a refund with no response. It's past the 60 days to file a credit card dispute so they basically stole my money.
