- All sales of hay or any livestock feed are final with no return policy. Purchaser acknowledges forage quality and bale weights are averages. Further, the purchaser agrees to hold Elwoh Solutions Ag harmless for any and all of (a) weights outside of the advertised range, (b) forage quality outside of the advertised range, (c) any material defects of purchased products.
Check payments only accepted where pre-approved in writing by the company, otherwise, all sales are cash sales. Returned checks carry a $50 returned check fee.
For accounts with approved terms, the purchaser agrees to pay all invoices on time. Late payments carry a 3.5% monthly late fee. - Business Categories
