1 starQuoted me 1500$ for my car to be fixed on the phone. 3 weeks later when car was fixed, they told me they would give me a discount because they told me once the car would 100% be done, and it was not. The discount was 18 dollars. I asked why. He told me he quoted me for 1567$, not 1500$ which is a lie. He then proceeded to give me 50$ in cash. Upon inspecting my car, it has a scratch on the paint in the back that was not there. I have photo proof of this, as my car wasn't running and I have a picture of the car on the tow truck.Review fromKariann C

5 starsStuck in a driveway, with a flat tire, for a client (I'm a Professional House Cleaner: think 'Auto Detailing' for your house...)
They showed up; courteous, professional, and in the rain, wonderful. And worked with me, the next day, when my debit card didn't go through. (Yes, I drove all the way out, back to them, with the cash).
I don't live in Buckner, but 11 out of 10, I'd call them myself. Again.
