Absolutely horrible experience with this company. First called on January 3, 2023 asking for a quote on several high-end systems for a new construction home. No reply after several days, called back on January 6, 2023 and talked to an answering service. Someone finally called back and I emailed house plans to them. Followed up via email on 1/13/23, 1/20/23, and 1/25/23 with no response. Finally called very upset and they finally called me back and said that it was being passed off to another person, but I was guaranteed that we would have a quote next week. It is now 2/17/23 and still no quote. The worst communication I have ever receive when trying to spend $50,000. If this is how they treat customers who want to spend money with them, I can only imagine the follow up after the sale.

Keith, I just saw this review and want to genuinely apologize. Sounds like you gave us a couple of chances to reach out to you and we let you down. Even though we couldn't help, I sincerely hope your project turned out well.
To add some color, back in January 2023 you caught us at a very challenging time. To say our company was overloaded with work was an understatement, and our main estimator was very sick and was trying to keep up but couldn't. We should have told you we couldn't get to your project, but it sounds like you got passed around a bit and I'm sorry for that.
