      This company doesn’t stand behind its warranty. I urge anyone considering to buy a mattress from this manufacturer to look elsewhere. After spending $5000 on a new mattress 6 years ago it has developed a significant indention. In order to file a warranty claim the demand you take pictures and solely base their decision on the pictures and refuse to let you talk to anyone about the issue. They don’t stand behind the warranty at all.

      They sell mattress toppers that are not refundable or exchangeable. But it’s not listed anywhere on the purchase part of their website. It cost $300 . It took 3 weeks to get a response that they don’t exchange or refund any toppers.

      Customer service is abysmal. I initially tried calling their customer service number due to a failed massage feature. They said they were busy and call back later (no please wait or call back) I then tried to use their online submittal form and included all relevant photos and serial numbers. It took over a week and got a response saying to call, they gave a different number so I tried that. They said all agents were busy and I could wait or have a call back. I chose the call back. They never did call me, but next day I received an email asking how satisfied I was with the customer service. So I call them again (from work due to their limited customer service hours) And they insist I provide the serial number again (even though I provided it through their online submittal) It is obvious they are trying to delay and discourage customers from actually using the warranty.

      Ordered a twin mattress and received a full sized mattress. Every time I call I get the same response "you will get an email in 3-5 business days." I have called 3 times and sent 3 emails. Do not use this online company if you want any service at all.

      Impossible process for warranty claim for 10yr sagging Tempur-pedic mattresses and inoperable base. I have 3 dealing with this company for over 3 years, gave up 3 years ago with denied claim. I went through whole process again and final approved for replacement split King mattresses. This last claim has been ongoing for over 2 months.I
      Each mattress was a model they no longer manufacture. They have air chambers that no longer work. I have 2 bases, ergo expensive. One does work the other has a remote that is defective and they no longer make this remote. Rep I spoke with advised I should file a separate claim for base. I cannot tell you how many times I have had to remove mattresses and send photos. I'm a senior and alone. This is just too much.
      I've been approved for replacement mattresses and put in request and paid shipping and handling. Now no emails back regarding shipment. The approver replacements are an inferior mattress to my orig purchase. 13inch now being replaced with 11inch.
      This whole process has been maddening, As of now I'm still trying to sleep on mattress with sag in middle and one base no longer working. I've emailed so many times and am now waiting for a return call. I sure do not understand how you have a department called customer service. I have spoken to several nice reps however they have no control or authorization over anything.
      Think it over before purchasing Tempur-pedic with expected warranty.
      Unless you have the tenacity and ability to deal with their crazy expectations and very low results.
      Just received call back after waiting and surprise no one there when I answered.
      The old call back customer service documentation trick. Called customer not available. I can hear someone on other end and no response.

      I purchased a $3,500 mattress from them and I just went to process of warranty claim four years after purchase. The mattress has a 10-year warranty on it. I purchased a firm mattress but it has lost all support where the buttocks and lower back sit on both sides of the bed. I lost 2 in off my vertebrae in the military, so I need to have a firm mattress. The mattress did work out well at first, but over time it started to decline. I process a warranty claim and they told me because I laid a rod across the bed and put a quarter up against it that it did not measure 3/4 of an inch of sagging so they cannot approve my claim along with telling me that my frame was not a proper support structure. What a joke! It definitely provided the proper support needed for the mattress. They will make every excuse possible for them not to fill a warranty claim please do not buy your mattress from them. Do yourself a favor and shop anywhere else. You have lost a customer for life.

      When I placed my order with them for a tempurpedic mattress, their web site said: Free Delivery to76272 as soon as September 7th. Today is September 6th, no one has called to schedule delivery and online it says it has not shipped.
      When I call, all of their agents are busy. I asked for them to call me back and spoke to Iliona she told me it was only an estimate that it was going to take 1-2 weeks. Some things were starting to ship. I have verified on their web site even today it says the mattress and platform I ordered can be delivered as soon as September 8th. Clearly this is deceptive advertising intended to get me to place an order hoping I will wait for them to eventually deliver it. It took her several minutes to get me approved to talk to Escalations. I was on the phone about 19 minutes. Then I got the same message we are all busy, can we call you back when we are available.
      I just placed an order for more than $7,500. I expect better service than this from the firm that advertises number 1 in customer satisfaction. Apparently they don't want anyone to look at the BBB web site where they have almost the lowest rating possible.

      Tempurpedic sent me products that were significantly smaller than advertised. It has been weeks since they started my claim for a return, and despite another communication by phone, chat, and email, they have not moved forward in processing my return.

      Nitghtmare!! Cocoon queen mattress full of some type bugs that bite, but you never see. By the time we figured it out sealy direct refuse to pickup or refund because we were past 90 days.
      I filed complaint with State Attorneys Office CA., but sealy still refused refund blaming my home as having some type of pest.
      As of today August 26, 2023 I was able to minimize bites by placing 3 plastic mattress storage bags sealed with duck tape, and 3 mattress encasements covering the mattress.
      The top encasement I have a special mop to mop encasement every 3 days with dawn soap and a little bleach. This process seems to be working well. All bedding gets washed Monday and Thursday.
      Bedding consist of 2 fitted sheets, sheet, lightweight summer blanket. Pillows encased.
      So many Doctors visits, pest control gave up, said they can’t kill what they can’t see.
      My story has so much information and it also includes complaint filed with state attorneys office CA against M******* **** also, sealy mattress, Serta box spring and beauty rest mattress. Same issue, but worse. I had to discard new sealy mattress from M******* ****. The beauty rest is wrapped the same as cocoon to minimize bites. I’ll never buy anything under sealy/******** **** it’s dangerous to your health. State Attorneys office recommends I seek assistance from Lawyer.

      By far not number one in customer service, the most ridiculous company I’ve ever dealt with denied my mattress claim for five different reasons even though three of their employees agreed with me over the phone that I had a case their contract is contradicting, stating that they will deny a claim because of stains, but they will cover it for sagging I could’ve been dishonest and shampooed my mattress and then sent them the pictures, but they seem to appreciate dishonest people as themselves definitely would not recommend ever buying a message from these people even speaking with a manager, Jon customer relations specialist manager what a joke the guy is useless when I give you a call back when he says he will. This company should be shut down for false advertisement and failure to service clients.
