  Only out for money and isn't a good productive member of the community. As long as he fill his pockets he care less about the middle man. I honestly feel horrible le for anyone that has to deal with this kid.

  If I could give negative stars, I would. I am a property owner in Lexington and his “company” unfortunately has a contract with at least 2 HOA run properties near UK campus. In the approximate 10+ years I have known Charles M*****, he has always been extremely unreasonable, very difficult to deal with and verbally abusive. I was in the hospital today so my husband stopped by in a vehicle that wasn’t registered to let in our HVAC company. Charlie followed him into the building and then booted him within minutes. My husband paid him in cash and I had to call to get the receipt. Again, I own 2 properties at the location. I’m hoping to speak with both of the HOA presidents to explore other options. Please beware of him and his company!

  While picking up an order at Bandido Taqueria Mexicana my car was booted. I was in the restaurant less than 4 minutes. When I came out the security guard was placing a placard after having booted my car. I pleaded for mercy given the amount of time I was in there. I explained it was Christmas, I was a military veteran who was struggling and just needed a break. I admit I was in the wrong and got upset with him. But what really upset me was as I waited to get help from friends to help me pay this same man came out multiple times and simply told other people they couldn't park there instead of booting them. I feel I was treated very unfairly given how others got off with a simple warning. I could understand booting someone who makes a habit of booting them or if they are there for more than 5 minutes, but I feel discriminated against as a delivery Driver and as a Military Veteran

  On Monday, I parked where I always park to drop off orders. I keycard into the bldg and was inside 6 min. I came out and my car had a lock on the wheel and the guy who did it was gone. He was IN THE PARKING LOT AND WATCHED ME park then came quickly over and locked my car. $120 for 6 minutes of parking ( I didn't see the sign). This is quite the scam they have going as the EMPTY STRIP where I parked is adjacent to the business I went in to. Charles M. is the owner, what a disgusting way to rip people off.

  The area you parked does NOT belong to the building which you went into. It is owned by the Condominium Complex and as posted signage states there is "NO PARKING ANYTIME EXCEPT CAMPUS DOWNS CONDOMINIUMS ePermit Registered Vehicles" While we understand and don't expect anyone to be happy they got immobilized however we do this service as a friendlier alternative to towing as it is less costly and less inconvenient (as we come to the vehicle to take payment and release the vehicle instead of having violators to goto a tow yard to get their vehicle). I expect that may not help a lot, but we don't make the rules, we're just contracted to enforce them.
