    We placed an order for a Sleep Number bed with the Sleep Number store located on Westport Road in Louisville, Kentucky on 11/24/24.

    Delivery and setup was scheduled for 12/19/24. When the setup team arrived, they refused/could not set up the bed because a frame was not included in the order. This would be an error on the store’s part because we were never notified a frame was required.

    The store “resolved” our issue by providing us with a “frame” they guaranteed would work with our order, and setup was rescheduled for 1/13/25.

    Another aspect of our appeasement was to be refunded to our credit card the $249 delivery fee and the $79 bed disposal fee because of the store’s error in not notifying us a frame was required as part of our original purchase and because the amount of time that had transpired since our purchase on 11/24/24. Mr. Mike Wilson assured me this is what the store was able to do. I questioned him why I would be refunded something we already received complimentary as part of our purchase, but he again assured me he could honor this refund because of the experience and that it was the maximum the store was able to do to rectify our issue.

    On 1/13/25, the delivery team, again, refused/could not setup our bed because the “frame” provided to us by the store did not work with the product we purchased.

    I contacted Sleep Number’s corporate office, and they refused to apologize or offer a complimentary frame. I was forced to purchase the correct frame at a 50% discount. I also asked about the refund for the delivery fee and the disposal fee that were promised me, and Sleep Number corporate office said the store would need to execute that.

    The next delivery/setup date is now scheduled for 1/27/25.

    To date, I have contacted the store no less than 10 times regarding the $338 owed me, and they have not returned my messages or executed a refund.

    It’s now been more than 8 weeks since our purchase and we still do not have a bed setup.

    I purchased a sleep number bed around June 2024 I went to the Evansville Store to speak to a representative and she help me to pick out a bed. I was reducing from a queen to a twin XL so I would have more room in my bedroom. However, I was somewhat iffy on the purchase especially spending this amount on a bed. At the time of purchase the sales rep is supposed to inform the customer of the no return of the base of the bed, the sales rep did not inform me of this policy, However, it is stated in the papers I signed and since I trusted the sales rep to inform me of the policy I am stuck with a base I cannot use. I am seeking a refund of the base of the bed. I cannot use it and I will be paying payments on this item for 2 years. I am a senior citizen (65 years old) and I cannot afford to pay payments on something I cannot use, simply because the sales rep did not bring this policy to my attention. If she had I would have stopped the purchase immediately because I was iffy on the size of the bed anyway. Please assist me in getting a complete refund of the base of the bed. Customer Service is refunding the mattress but not the bed. Any efforts on my behalf will be greatly appreciated.

    They said the bed could be tried for 100 days FREE, and if we didn't like it, it could be returned. It was not comfortable, we returned it and they charged us $249.00, that is NOT FREE.
