    Bought a house in June of 2024 and the seller contracted with them to get the chimney repaired. We were never given a date or time of when the work would be done at closing. Reached out to Chimney Experts a couple weeks later and heard nothing. Over the next few months my wife repeatedly tried to contact them with little accomplished. She finally reached someone who said they would call her back. Two weeks went by with no response. I called and spoke to someone who said they could fit me in two weeks out. Called again day of and was told the appointment was never scheduled. Another appointment was made. Called morning of and was told they had no idea what I was talking about but that they could come out the next day. They finally did come out and make the necessary repairs. This took approximately a year to accomplish. Will never use them again.
