    On February 28th 2023 , I underwent and examination at **** Chiropractic and Wellness located at ***** *********** **. Following the completion of the examination and evaluation of my medical coverage , the representative showed me my plan options and gave me a estimated number of sessions my insurance will cover. Beginning March 1, 2023 ; i started my therapy. Around May 2023, I enter location thinking this would be a normal co-pay $10 and start my session type of routine and was surprised by the front desk clerk stating i owe for 6-8 past sessions. I asked the clerk how could this be possible when i was never notified that my sessions had elapsed and the insurance is no longer covering them. She responded with a shoulder shrug and handed me a extensive bill that i never authorize to pay. I felt conned and unjustly charged so i ask to speak to the person in charge of finance and billing. Continuing the discussing with the billing lady was worse than the clerk. Telling her i was never notified of sessions elapsing along with , i never authorized **** to pursue sessions past by insurance coverage , she rudely reply's , "you got to pay." I responded , Thank you for your time and preceded to leave the premise. Currently , **** has sent the unauthorize balance to a collection agency , which has forced me to inform you all of the business's malicious tactics and irresponsible clerking. I have witness the front desk clerk tell clients their sessions are up and ask them would they like to continue sessions.. Additionally, in my dealings with prior businesses , i have received notifications stating my sessions are expired. **** Chiropractic done neither of these and pass their business practice negligence to me in a bill.
