    My grandfather clock was repaired 2/14/2022. The repair was only partially completed as moon dial was not repaired. It was explained that gear needed was on backorder at that time. This part of the repair has yet to be completed. The clock is now also in need of further repair as it will not chime. My warranty was supposed to be 5 years. After sending text and email over the last several months I have yet to receive any response. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Communication with owner has been nonexistent. Very disappointed.

    We have a family CooCoo clock. Bringing it in for repair to C&S was a BIG error on our part. Took several months, very expensive and the repair was incompetent. My weight and music box chain… missing when returned. I would NEVER recommend this shop.

    It was explained upon receipt of this cuckoo clock that it would take some time to complete due to a backorder on parts, that the music may not be repairable and an estimated cost of repairs was provided which was approved by the customer prior to any repair work. The clock was repaired and returned in working order less the music as was previously explained. The chain for the music was placed inside the case due to being inoperable. 1 weight was inadvertently not returned when the clock was picked up, however upon being made aware of this oversight, the weight was promptly returned.
