      I bought 2 tops online on 9/22 and did instore pickup. On 9/25 they emailed that it was sold to someone else. They refunded me the subtotal, not the tax. I go in the next day to pick up the top and I asked if they could give me a full refund. 2 employees both said they didn’t know how to do that, so call tomorrow because the manager would be in. I call the next day and I asked for the manager. the lady on the phone said she was the ‘manager’. I told her what happened with the refund. she said that I would need a manager to fix this issue because she didn’t know how to do that. I decided to open a case with PayPal. the next day, I got a call from Shelby (manager) who said that I shouldn’t have done that because she could’ve refunded me. That its now up to PayPal and that it was only a few dollars so she wasn’t sure why I would do that. she then hung up the phone. They created this problem and then went on to act like I was a problem. I am still waiting a week later for this to be fixed. This is part of what she told me via a reply to a review I left: “You are an unreasonable customer and we hope that this experience has you not wanting to return. The rudeness you showed my staff is not welcome here. Staffing businesses is harder than ever and even harder when customers treat them like they are worthless.” I was never rude to anyone. I’ve been a customer since I was a teen and have bought/sold numerous times. I kept asking for help and they kept putting it off. I feel worthless over this. I can’t believe that she has accused me of being rude when she hung up on me and told me that it was only a few dollars so why bother! I don’t have time to check in everyday so I filed a PayPal claim. I wasn’t seeking more money than what it is worth, because I put statements in my PayPal claim that show that I received a partial refund. I have never been treated this badly and this is honestly harmful behavior. I want an apology, because this type of behavior is very unprofessional!
