      Well I would think twice about the product at this Louisville store. The product came to our home today by the delivery guys. The couch had the dust fabric on the bottom stapled crooked. The back of the couch had dirt on it. Remember this is a NEW couch. We called customers service to tell them about it and they said we could get another set but we would need to inspect it before delivery. They also told us that the bottom fabric is made to be removed. Well we all know that is not true. I called ****** ********e where it was made and they told me NO. So now we have a lie going to cover the mistake. The bottom of the couch has like a 100 staples in it to keep the cover on. So next I called the customer service to ask to speak to a manager. I am told that I can not speak to a manager. That she is the only one that I can talk to. If I want to speak to a manager I would need to come in the store. She then told me that she has talked to the store management team and they would like to just refund all of our money. This is the way of saying "we do not want your business" I told them that's not what I wanted. I want a NEW piece of furniture and not a damaged piece. She basically said that we do not need you as a customer. WOW! We have purchased furniture from this location a few times and I could not believe what I am hearing. Too many furniture stores in Louisville KY to be messing with kids handling your customer service. She also told me that the store is privately own and she could not tell me who own it. If you are the owner of this store I would think twice about who you hire running it. One day you will need every customer to keep your doors open. Look at the picture and tell me you would accept this? All I wanted was a new couch that we paid money for.

      We bought a bedroom set for a spare bedroom. We didn't want to spend a lot of money on furniture that will seldom be used, but when the manufacturer says they take pride in their workmanship and give a factory warranty, we thought we would get better service than what we got from Louisville overstock warehouse. The chest of drawers had a factory defect. A drawer track was predrilled and installed incorrectly. We sent LOW pics and they said that they don't see anything broken, so there's nothing they can do. Luckily I'm not an idiot and I fixed it myself. Beware of the so called factory warranty from LOW.

      I want my money returned to my card. I have been meet with the worst customer service. The gentleman wouldn’t give me his name not his managers name: I had my receipt and asked for my $4000 be returned to my card, first he said no, then he said he would refund with 20% restocking fee. This tells me he does have the authority to give me my money back. Then another gentleman told me I wasn’t getting my furniture or my money back. This is my first time and last time shopping there. I was referred to this place, only to find out why I have never shopped at this store.

      I paid $5k for a living room set. Was encouraged by the salesperson it was very sturdy and was high quality. He convinced me to purchase the warranty for leather protection and structure integrity protection. After 9 months of light use, just wife and i, the couch cushions have all fallen into the couch. Its like sitting in a hole! We reported issue by email through the warranty company in September of 2022. They informed us we needed to Louisville Overstock since it was under one year old. Sent emails to Louisville Overstock , no reply. After multiple phone calls i finally reach someone for assistance. I am now being told to bring the couch to them so they "repair" it. It does not seem reasonable to fix it and ensure it wont occur again. We were told by the technician who inspected it at our home, it was defective. I am simply asking for instore credit. $5k is seems very expensive for furniture that is defective and not the quality i was sold.
