    I had an excellent experience today with Lewis Door Service. My door had come off track leaving my house open to a security issue. I called and the booking person was really great pushing me to the front of the line given the situation. Then the tech (Stephen) arrived and clearly outlined my options and secured the door. Very happy with the service and would use this company again. Highly recommend

    Great service. Was fortunate to get same day service. Technician (Josh) was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Kept me informed along the way and asked if I had any questions. Will definitely continue using this company

    Called at 7:35am and talked to Roberto who was very nice and helpful. We set an after hours appointment with Ben between 6:00 and 9 pm however the text sent to my phone said 12 to 4pm. this was totally wrong, however Ben did call but at 9:35pm and said he was on the way which was fine with me as I'm a night person anyway. So, he came and I liked him immediately. Ran a complete diagnostic on the whole system and said it was the eyes that had gone bad on my 18 year door opener. He said he had a couple on the truck and installed them. Would highly recommend Ben but if you need daytime he doesn't do daytime hours which was perfect for me.

    I've depended on Lewis Door Service for years and wouldn't call anyone else. I called at 7:40 this morning, and Joshua was here before 10:00. Even though my door is old, he had the parts he needed on the truck. I asked him to troubleshoot for other problems. He showed me that the cables were frayed and changed them out too. He was knowledgeable, personable, and courteous. This is exactly as I have grown to expect from your company. Thank you so much.
