      This company is all about the mighty dollar pocketed by business CEOs. They say screw your doctors advice and we tell you what medication and healthcare that you need. The make decisions whether you live or die. They will run your life if you don’t run ??????? in the other direction.

      I have been using Centerwell Pharmacy mailorder autoship. In the past month they have not mailed two medications causing me to have to get partial phone in by my doctor. The reps at Centerwill say they can't do anything or they will get it straightened out but can not expedite the shipment in order for me not to run out. I and my doctor should not have to go through this because of their incompetency. I would not recommend the autoship and maybe not the pharmacy.

      I have Humana Gold plus & I’ve had to pay a late enrollment fee & it wasn’t late at all but couldn’t get the paperwork fro BC/BS to prove I went from BC/BS to Humana when I moved to KY from IL. So for the rest of my life I have to pay the $1.60 a month for this & Humana won’t let up! This morning I went on my bank account & found 3 new charges (all different denominations) from Humana & I have no idea what they’re for. I’ve come to believe Humana has people in accounting that are totally clueless! I’m really tired of calling them & the same thing just keeps happening over & over. I guess after 9 years of Humana I’m going to have to find a new insurance company!!

      Humana Medicare Advantage in Florida has a pathetically poor website where links lead to blank pages. Information is impossible to retrieve as their tech support team and customer service representatives are left in the dark about website problems. My wife and I have been struggling with their website for weeks; speaking to numerous first line customer service agents who minimize the problem and then connect us to website support team members who establish tickets and grievances without a single positive effect on our interface with the website. We are using multiple browsers, multiple operating systems without an iota of success. I've spoken to at least ten support members who have zero clue when or if the problems will be addressed "successfully." Ineffective website developers are ruining the experience for Florida Medical Advantage Members. The first chance we get, we will be leaving Humana. I will be contacting Medicare to make sure that they are also aware of an incredibly poor and inefficient website that is supposed to be an asset to the members. I give them 1/2 star for being there. I give them zero stars for effectively addressing the problem.

      I have the advantage plan with dental … my dentist has filed 8 times for payment an all started filing back in Jan. till march they finally said they have received my claim an would be 30 days before payment to my dentist well here it is june and i called again and the dentist called again and they said it was still pending review and they said they didn’t know why the payment hasn’t been sent … told us that they will get a supervisor on this rite away … well i am giving them a week and if it’s not paid by then I am stopping payments to them filing a Civil Law sue against them

      I have Humana Gold Plus HMO. After over a year of Humana giving me the run-around, I asked my chiropractor to file a grievance with Humana for dates of service 10/20/2021-11/11/2021, for which I had a referral. They are still waiting for payment.

      Center Well Pharmacy is awful! They even lied to me and said my doctor cancelled the order for my insulin! He did not!

      Patient of psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis with Humana through my employer.
      1st, was put on Methotrexate because Humana didn’t want to pay for a biologic. Methotrexate destroyed my kidneys in a matter of weeks, follow it up with 2 yrs of prednisone until the condition is only worse because the prednisone is destroying my immune system among other things. So PCP decides we’ll try steroid cream for the plantar psoriasis but it’s not strong enough so dermatologist does nitrogen freeze and prescribes a stronger cream- Humana denies it and suggest we try the cheaper cream( the one my pcp prescribed that’s not working). Now what ?!!
      It should be illegal for insurance companies to be able to tell the doctors what to prescribe as they are not licensed in medicine the same as drs are. They base their judgment solely on price which has nothing to do with patient’s condition and sometimes, like above, doing more harm to patients than when they first needed help. I wish my job offered another company, I’ll never sign up with Humana again! They will be the death of me. Hate Humana!!

      Humana Insurance sucks. If I could give them a rating it would be a -1000 stars. They will not cover prescriptions for weight loss, which costs $1300 a month. Baptist Health Ins covers it and costs patients $25 a month. Again Humana Insurance sucks. I would never buy a policy from this company. I hope their stock price tanks.
