    Avoid this business at all cost. No school should allow business to be conducted with this company. The local representatives in Louisville are nice. However, the Music & Arts customer service department and business model is nonexistent. You will never get through to them and they will continue charging your card.
    We were participating in the rental program for our son and paying the extra for amount for insurance and maintenance. However, in March 2023 our son’s instrument was stolen. We reported it immediately to the company and was told that the insurance did not cover anything being stolen. We were fine with that, even though we felt that was purpose of insurance, but getting with them since has been a disaster. They were supposed to stop all charges against our account and send us an invoice for the amount for the stolen instrument. As of August 14, 2023 they are still charging my account rental fees and have yet to send an invoice. We have contacted them every month and get the same story.
    This company is the worst music company I have ever dealt with. How they remain open is a mystery.
    All we have asked is for our account to stop being charged rental fees and to receive the invoice. I am now contacting legal representation because it is criminal what they are doing. They keep charging rental fees and not even talking about how that is coming off the balance. At this point the rental fees charged since reported is more than the verbal estimate we were provided.
    I urge everyone to stay away and the local people find a different corporation to partner with.
