  Vehicle repaired without issues. Took some time to obtain the necessary parts but was offered a loaner after I indicated that other owners noted a fair amount of time to obtain the necessary parts. Satisfied owner! Recommend dealership.

  My 2015 Audi A6 with 147,000 miles developed an oil and coolant link. Per Audi Louisville, my A6 was not design to get more than 100,000 miles without (major/expensive) issues. Due to the high cost ($3k-$7k) to fit the coolant link, I approved a used vehicle inspect to determine if repairing the coolant link would be worth it. I approved a $4,582.00 repair for the oil & coolant link. One day after I received my car the coolant warning light came on. I called Audi and was told there could have been an air pocket in the line. I added coolant and two days later the warning light was back on. I took the car back to Audi and was told it could be another $3k to fits the coolant link. I decide to get rid of the car. After reading the repair invoice, I was charged $1,197.67 for exhaust repair. I don't remember the service rep mentioning anything about exhaust concerns but more importantly there is no mention of an exhaust issue in the Audi written used vehicle inspection report that I have.

  Justin was on duty when I had a tire problem on a Saturday, when the service department was closed. He had me bring the car in and leave it at which point Jeff took care of everything on Monday. It was a big relief. Two great guys!

  I scheduled an appointment to repair my camera system, which I have found to be extremely helpful for entering or leaving a parking space. They discovered that I had apparently accidentally and unknowingly changed one of the settings for the camera system. They corrected this using the dashboard inside the car, and sent me an invoice for $0.00. Best of all, they washed my car and swept the floor mats, without charge, before returning it. I was both impressed and very grateful. I asked Justin, who handled this, if this was a problem that I could have fixed myself. He was very gracious and said, "Yes, but the solution was easy to overlook. Like all cars today, yours is much more complicated than cars used to be." Great reply! Overall, an impressive experience that will keep me coming back.

  We not only love our Audi's but the excellent customer service provided when we bring one of our cars in for service. Everyone is so welcoming, check in is timely, services are well explained. We love our representative Justin! He goes above and beyond to make sure all of our needs are met. Whether it be arranging a loaner or making sure our cars are taken care of in a timely fashion. His communication and updates are very much appreciated! We love Bluegrass Audi of Louisville and the whole team who is part if the Audi experience!

  I am so thrilled with my Audi service that I have decided to buy another Audi. From the moment I drive in, everyone that I deal with is focused on serving the customer. It is apparent to me that Audi Louisville, invests in customer service and I appreciate that. Kudos to the entire team at Audi Louisville!
