    8 months “working on my car” still isn’t done. Can never get ahold of anyone and nobody ever reaches out! They didn’t even look at it until I finally pestered them enough at month 6! Never once reached out or tried to be helpful in any way. I have had to fight for every tiny bit of progress made! It took 3 of them 20 minutes to open the glovebox to get something out for me and they managed to lock up a brand new engine on a test drive. Everyone there is incompetent! From the techs all the way up to the service manager. All they have done is lie and argue with me
