    I had my car in for my last oil change and last warranty check.I ask them about the replacement part for my heated seat which was supposed to be ordered a year ago but I never got a notification that it was in.So I was told it was out of warranty and administrator had to look into it.No call after few days and my husband went in to find out about it.They decided that they would take care of it but he ask why did he have to come in to take care of it.Now I have an appointment for it to be repaired and they will take care of cost.Certainly appears that they do not treat women the same.
