    On Apr 2022, Mr. ****** inspected the site and stated an estimate would be sent in email. A few days later it arrived and after some adjustment, on the 10 of Apr 2022 the estimate was accepted. On the 26th of Apr Ms. ****** email stating I was in the "scheduling pool" to be completed. On the 29th of Apr the prep crew arrived and prepped the site. After completion, I emailed about concerns of visible low area(s). I was assured they would not be an issue. The Phase two crew arrived an completed the project on the 13th of May 2022. Nice job, looked good and good runoff.
    On the 21st of July 2022 I emailed ADC paving about a possible issue with what appeared to be a Yucca plant beginning to push its way through the new driveway. Two weeks passed (no contact) and I emailed again on the 4th of Aug 2022. The plant was definitely growing through. I did submit pictures of it in both emails. ADC apologized citing COVID in the office and stating (on the phone) they would be out to fix the problem as it was under warrentee. On the 25th of Aug I resent new growth pictures (3rd time) having heard no response about when the repair work would be completed. Today it is the 4th of September, having heard nothing about repair I have listed this better business complaint. I just want the one spot repaired before the warentee expires... I was under the impression this was a company that stood behind their product.. I understand nature happens but from notification to today has been 45 days. Not acceptable for what appears to be a simple covered repair for a $5,800 project. Thank you.

    The customer stated the business returned to his home and made an offer for repair since the issue was outside their warranty.  The customer stated he declined the offer and made the repair himself.
