      They told us they would have our home sold within 75 days its now 75 days they are telling us they may have to lower our offer price, which violates our contract and now im getting nothing from We buy homes 365, i am considering seeking legal litigation

      Gretel took care of my family during desperate times, she helped me make sure I was able to close on my house and coordinate with my realtor to close on the same day! She always returned my calls, and made sure to keep me involved with the process the entire way! Brittney also was amazing with expectations! Very impressed with these ladies!

      After what I thought was going to be a horrendous outcome, Gretel really came through and got me to closing. She kept me updated the entire way even when things weren’t looking good. When my tenants vacate my other house I am definitely calling Gretel again!

      From the beginning of the process I knew working with Grettle was going to be good. Turned out great. Grettle was honest and open about everything. I had so many questions along the way , she was always willing to take time and talk with me. I will say if she didn't answer my calls she would always return them in a short time. Communication is the key to it all . I would say Grettle is a professional, everything went as she explained and she had my deal opened and closed in a very short time. The lasting part for me is the friendly conversations we had, I enjoyed sharing with her. Grettle gets all the stars in my book. Thans Grettle

      Well, after being jerked around for 4 months, passed around to several associates, avoided, lied to, and eventually told that they were not buying my house after all, I'm going to say that my experience was not good.
      At the end of the initial 90 day contract, I was told that they needed an extension because they hadn't been able to get into the house and had to get it re-keyed. I had already told them where the keys were readily available. I'm sure that's illegal.
      I was told at the end of the extension that they still hadn't done the 5 walk-throughs that they were supposed to do.
      So now I'm past the prime time for selling, super irritated, and can't get into my own house...
      Fine, I say. I'll sign termination documents once I can get in my house.
      Now I'm told that my keys are hanging right where I left them.
      So, basically, they never went near my house.
      And I wasted 4 months of aggravation and anxiety for nothing.
      Gretel was especially good at avoiding me and making excuses for doing so.
      The final surprise was the termination document that says the meager earnest money is to be returned to the buyer.
      This review is the last bit of energy I'm wasting on this group of fools.
      This outfit is a joke.
      There are good cash buy outfits.
      This is not one of them.
