  I cannot say enough good things about the way Gretel handled the sale and closing on my home. After a rocky start with a different agent, she took over and got the job done in two weeks! She knows exactly what to do and say and follows through on her word. She made a great impact on the way I felt about closing my loan. It was bittersweet to sell it because it was my children’s home and now that they’re grown and I had to downsize she made everything great. You cannot go wrong doing business with her!   I was called pushy, stupid and crazy by Justin E*******. He would never answer any questions, I always had to go thru Jeff D***** to get any questions answered and even that was rare even then. He definitely did not represent the seller. He sent Decoy Fake buyers to my home. He sent out untrained inspectors who told perspective buyers lies, like my storage shed was on my neighbors property, the surveyors said in fact my storage building and fence was six feet into my property and the neighbor was using 6 feet of our property. Second lie he told buyers was that there was a huge leak inside the walls of my bathroom which proved wrong when a plumber came a said there was a tiny pin size hole in the trap of one sink. There was a few drops on cabinet. It was coming from the drain trap. He replaced all the under sink piping in both sinks and installed brand new faucets. He evaluate the walls and said no evidence of pipe leaks in the wall. He said the inspector obviously did not know what he was doing. His name was Sam with his self owned company. He came out dressed like he was headed to high-school prom. Again. Justin called me pushy, stupid and crazy and he laughed at me like a laughing hyena. I can not with good integrity or civility recommend this company. They are slow to get you the payout that was promised. They are not cash buyers. They are a hedge company for realtors that have a hard time selling houses. Not a company you want to get tangled up with. Your best welfare is none of their concern. Hope this review saves you from an awful experience. They also use realtor in Michigan to sell Florida properties. TY

  I was a little worried at first because I wanted a cash flip not a wholesaler, but Jon B****** was wonderful and worked extremely hard to help me with my goals. I would not have been able to get to where I was trying in the time I wanted without him!

  I had an amazing experience with We Buy Homes. From start to finish, their communication was outstanding. Although my closing took a bit longer than anticipated, I was kept well-informed throughout the process. During a challenging time in my life, I’m so glad I chose this company. Their professionalism and support made a big difference. Highly recommend!
