    I received a voicemail from ******* asking to schedule a delivery appointment. I returned her call about an hour later and left a message, but I never heard back.

    Then today, I got a surprise call from the delivery driver saying he was 10 minutes away from my home with the solar panels—no appointment had been confirmed. I had to cancel a meeting on short notice and leave work unexpectedly.

    To make matters worse, once he arrived, the driver informed me he couldn’t come up my driveway because he was in a semi truck. Thankfully, I had a tractor with forklift attachments that allowed me to go down to the road and retrieve the panels myself.

    After unpacking the box, I noticed one end was open and there were multiple footprints across the top. I haven’t tested the panels yet, so I’m unsure if they’re functioning properly.

    Given the lack of communication, the delivery issues, and the condition of the shipment, I’d like to request a refund or some form of compensation for the shipping costs.

    I have emailed the company US solar a number of times and have to consistently follow up to get any kind of response this has been going on for over a month now.

    We spoke with ** ***** shortly after. We refunded him for the delays and you can see in the email he said he would remove his BBB complaint. Sorry I thought he removed it. Thanks!

    Decided to return the order unopened, but emails went unanswered on June 5th, June 10th, and June 16th. I tried calling and leaving voicemails. I think I may have mistakenly called US-Solar because I can no longer find a phone number for this company.
    I sent the order to the return address (unopened) using UPS on 6/12/2023 and it was signed for by ******** on 6/16/2023.

    As the address on the website is incorrect, we did not receive the complaint until December 28th, 2023, when we found it online.  We researched the order and the customer and reached out by E-Mail, which I have attached to this message.  I asked if he ever received his refund and, to date, we have not received a response.  We had a change in ownership, between when the original order was placed and December 28th, 2023, so we cannot tell if the order was refunded or not.  We are on a different system now.  If the customer responds to our E-Mail, we would discuss the refund with them.  However, the BBB has a different E-Mail address for *** ******** than we did, so I will reach out to him via that address as well.  If we do get a response from him, I will be sure to let you know.
