    Tonight I was playing cash drop on the app love the game, super fun , win some loss some with the amount I have been playing. . Tonight I won 73 dollars on the instant 10 plays gold coin 3 in a row. Showed I won played a few more time but noticed at the bottom left corner my totally in my account was blank?? Logged out and back in , my winning were gone! Called it’s under review . It was only 73 dollars but now I don’t trust the app! Hopefully Kentucky lottery will honor my win!

    Hi, Alexandra, Our customer service team created a ticket to comb through all purchases and did not find any stuck games and sees that all purchases were played to completion. Additionally, we were unable to find any wins for $73. We have emailed our findings directly to you, and would be happy to walk you through them over the phone if you would prefer. Furthermore, if there are any screenshots or other information that we should add to the ticket, please don't hesitate to call and share those as well!

    So Iast Wednesday I was playing instant play online games and I had won a game that said I had won $1310. Well as my luck would have it I was only credited $60 and as for the other 1250 I have reached out to KYLottery and all I am being told is that it is under investigation and someone would be in touch. Thus far I am the only person who has been in touch and no one can tell me how long of a timeframe I should expect a decision. I’ve got screenshots showing the win so I would hope with how much money they have accumulated from loyal players like me that they would be quick to pay out the win but no, I sit here a week later patiently waiting still but no responses with definite answers.

    I had to scratch off ticket for 10,000 drive to headquarters and get taxes taken out automatically a check for $7,150 which is being held for 10 days by my own bank and I have no access to the funds so yeah Kentucky Lottery Corporation is a fail because if it says I win $10,000 I should get 10,000

    Thank you for your question. Lottery winnings are taxable income by law. For prizes over $5000, federal law requires that the Lottery withhold 24% percent of lottery winnings and state law requires that the Lottery withhold 4.5%.

    First of, I'll start by saying I used to play keno alot, but don't anymore cause that is completely rigged. It's a computer giving out winners, it knows who has what and what everyone needs, and isn't going to give out big winners, or if any winners at all. I mean as soon as the drawing is over, you can get online and it will tell you how many winners there are and how much it paid out. Or maybe everyone turned their tickets in that fast? LMAO. And I'm sick and tired of getting scratch offs where you win the amount the ticket was. A 10 dollar scratch off, if it wins, should NOT pay 10 dollars. Jesus Christ what is wrong with you all! I didn't play the scratch off to get my money back on the ticket, I played it to WIN money!!!!!!! Not break even! That absolutely makes me sick, I'd rather lose then to actually have a winner and it just says the amount my ticket was in the first place! Wow! Congratulations!!! I'd rather just lose! Every time that happens, which is a TON, I go back in and get my money and don't play another for weeks. Not going to waste my time on walking into a store, buying a scratch off, just to walk back in five minutes later to get my money back on the scratch off. Whoever thought of this, like it was a good idea. Is the dumbest human being alive. I gambled my money to win money. Not to just walk back into the store and have them hand me my money back. Thanks idiots.

Also, the number of prizes remaining for each game is updated nightly on our website. The KLC has an important mission of maximizing revenues to the Commonwealth to fund vital Kentucky scholarship and grant programs. Therefore, with each game, the KLC must balance the odds and payout to create winning experiences for players while still providing important revenues to the Commonwealth. With every purchase, you are helping to fund scholarship and grant programs.
    We’d like to add that we appreciate players spending their discretionary dollars with the Kentucky Lottery. With that, we never want to encourage anyone to play the lottery if it is no longer fun or entertaining for them.

    I never in my life would believe I would have trouble trying to get two free tickets that I've won back from the Lottery State of Kentucky. The lady at the Convenience store cashed in my winning ticket and I received my cash but I was suppose to receive three free tickets on that cash ball ticket but they only gave me one free ticket. I asked to see the receipt and it said one free ticket. In which was wrong. I call the Kentucky Lottery and they said they would get back with and Never did after a week. I then called them again and said I would like to speak to a supervisor and they said they would have to call me. Well a Supervisor did call me and said he can't do anything about it it's not his department. Really ??; So I am still waiting and nothing is happening. after a week and a half. Wow I am only talking about two free tickets. Unbelievable ....

    Today is December 23, 2022. There are frigid temperatures outside -10F and icy and snow covered roads. I am trying to log in to my Kentucky Lottery account to buy a Mega Millions ticket but CANNOT log in because the website is down? What the hell? The reason I have an online account is to buy lottery tickets when I cannot get to a store to buy them, especially for nites like tonite! I demand compensation!!!!

    Numerous times I have contacted the KY Lottery & sent all the screenshots & any other info proving I had several big wins ($100+) & were never paid due to disconnection issues only to get an email that says they will reply within 48 hrs. & then I never get anymore response. Once I sent a screenshot showing a huge win over $5,400+, I even remember where I was when I won, I was getting gas at Murphy's in front of a Wal-Mart, but the same no response. I've played thru $50 & $100 varying my bets without one single win several times & that doesn't even come close to matching their odds of winning. The Online Games are cheating players out of money by the $millions & there's evidently nobody to help the players from being scammed by a State Lottery that is nothing more than a thief. There's no way possible I would be disconnected on almost every win during a session but it plays fine when it's a loss & takes my money. I have spent thousands of $$ & I'm sick of dealing with a dishonest corporation. Shame on you KY Lotto, Karma!!

    I finally decided to give this a shot and created an account. I added my bank card, added funds to my account, and went to purchase a ticket. I was unable to do so. I was given an error that they could not determine my location despite location services being turned on. I signed my number up for geolocation on the website and got a text confirming. Yet, I still cannot purchase tickets through the app or website. I continue to get the error that they cannot determine my location. They literally just stole my money and won’t let me play.

    We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with geolocation services. As you can imagine, there's several steps to getting it set up correctly. It doesn't look like you've tried our customer service department. We'd recommend that you give them a call at 877-789-4532. They are best able to walk you through the steps to get this resolved.

    I play online all the time. I have been trying to play online here lately and the system keeps saying there is a problem with my location. I called and spoke with a rep. and nothing was resolved. I haven't received any email from the Kentucky Lottery. I do live in Louisville, Kentucky. Please resolve this issue. I missed out on winning $6.00 last night. I will send proof that I live in Louisville Kentucky this is ridiculous.
