Omni pools made a lot of promises. The pool was supposed to cost $80,000 in the end it cost me $120,000. Also the pool is not aligned with the back of my house and he cut the electrical lines. my automatic pool, cover 6 inches short of what it should be. He refuses to fix any of this.

    To whom it may concern:

The clients pool was installed in or around April 2021. We have a signed contract for the amount of $78,000.00 for the install of the pool and that is the amount we received from them. Not sure where he is getting $120,000.00. The contract price did not include concrete or hoe ramming. *** **** had another contractor do the concrete. The hoe ramming was an extra cost and is never included in our contract pricing. He was invoiced $16,000.00 for the hoe ramming which Omni Pools completed but he refused to pay the full amount and we only received $11,000.00. As far as the pool alignment he is referring to, that was due to *** **** did not want the removal of his (2) Japanese Maple trees, lavish landscaping, statues, and he did not want us to disturb his existing concrete therefore the pool was placed according to what he wanted and he was aware of the misalignment. We also had to meet code for the electric line in the yard. After the pool was set, we had to work around what was already in the yard where we had little to no  room for equipment. Once the pool was set by us, he had his concrete contractor come in and demo the existing concrete, landscaping, etc. This would have disturbed what we had already completed.

The auto cover that was installed by us worked properly when we completed the project. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing what the homeowner does after we leave the jobsite.

We hit the electric line due to mismarking by 811 locates. We replaced the line by the next day and upgraded his electric line to bring it up to code, and of course we did not charge him anything. The homeowners were out of town at the time so there was no inconvenience to them.

On several occasions while we were on jobsite, *** **** would have a heavy smell of alcohol on his breath while discussing the project. We would leave the jobsite for the day and come back and things would be shut down and breakers would be off. We eventually would turn the system off and remove the breaker daily. Again we have no way of knowing what homeowners do once we leave the jobsite. We had to explain things over and over. It was something different everyday with him. After we completed the job he refused to pay us the balance owed but his wife thanked us and paid us.  It has been 3 years since we completed this project and have not heard a word from him since.

I have attached a picture of the completed project as well.

Please feel free to call me with any question or other concerns I will be happy to help any way I can
