      Purchased new GE appliances with the purchase of a new home. The refrigerator has not worked since delivery. There have been numerous service visits and two service call no-shows. There have been numerous parts replaced and more on backorder. I was under the impression the appliance would be replaced. Five weeks into their process and there is no resolution in sight. I would like a refund for the appliance to purchase a new appliance from ***** or ******, both can deliver a replacement next day.

      I purchased a GE Quarts Convection Toaster Oven on 2/17/2022 and registered it online with GE that same day.

      On 6/17/22 it started making loud noise when using it.
      On 6/20/22 I called GE and reported the problem.
      They said I would receive an email from the Small Appliance specialists, that day or the next day. I received no email from GE.
      On 6/23/2022 I called again to complain about not receiving an email concerning my toaster oven
      Later on 6/23/22 *****, Factory Service Tier II Specialist, sent an email that said they would contact me within 24-48 hours, the email included the case # ********
      On 6/27/22 ***** sent another email saying they would replace the toaster oven and needed to verify my information, which I did immediately.
      On 7/5/22 I emailed ***** asking if the toaster oven was going to be replaced and when might I receive it.
      On 7/8/22 ***** responded with an email that gave me return instructions with an order number, **********, and a tracking number for the ***** return label.
      I got an email from ***** with my return label but never received the replacement appliance.
      On 7/28/22 I emailed ***** again telling her it’s been over a month since I contacted GE and wanted to know when I would receive my replacement. I have received no response.

      I purchased a package of appliances, for the house I just bought. This package included a fridge (GFE26JYMFS), a microwave, dishwasher, and a new stove. The house needed renovation, and my wife didn't care for the white appliances and wanted stainless steel. I purchased them through **** *****.

      Everything is currently working. However, the fridge (GFE26JYMFS) is obnoxiously loud. It cycles on every hour and makes a gurgling sound for around 20 minutes. It's so loud, you can hear it over the dishwasher when you're washing the dishes and drowns out the tv.

      When I put in a service request, the technician came out checked everything on the fridge and told me it was working as intended. Nothing was wrong with the fridge. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the fridge, and how loud it is. He had indicated he'd spoke to a GE Engineer about this model of fridge before, and that's just how loud they are.

      Honestly, I cannot accept this. This fridge has become nuisance in our house, because of the extreme noises it's making. I would very much like another fridge. IT could be a different model, that's quieter.

      They have authorized a prorate, but have been unable to help with my specific problem of the loudness of my current appliance, or in guiding me to another one that is not so loud. Having a proration doesn't help if I pick a random replacement, and have the same issue.

      We purchased a new construction in May 2022. Within the first month, the GE refrigerator had issues. Their tech came 3 times to resolve an issue - bad compressor. Now, a few weeks later, their product is acting up again. The tech even admitted that their GE Fridge product had recently changed and they provide nothing but issues. I have called GE twice this week to schedule an emergency service but was told the earliest that a tech can come is Thursday 8/4. This is poor handling and I fear the fridge may not make it by then. Their customer service literally said you are SOL when I asked for it to be escalated. I feel that they are producing faulty products and provide horrible customer service. I would like a replacement at this point due to the continued issues. This is unacceptable.

      I purchased a stove from GE last July and it was delivered damaged. I immediately called **** ***** where I purchased it and they redirected me to GE. They arranged to have someone come look at it, the door is damaged, it burns everything, and the gas burners go out with the gas still on. They have replaced the door and adjusted the temperature many times and the issues still continue. The replacement doors fall apart within 1-2 weeks, they told me they will continue to replace the door until my warranty runs out and will not take responsibility for the fact they sold me a defective stove. The finally agreed to give me a credit towards a new stove but are offering me between $100-200 when I paid $700 for the original stove! They are the worst company to deal with! And they will not stand behind their product. I will never buy GE again.

      In Nov. 2021, I purchased a GE Electric Range. Model # ********** **** **********. The first time I used the oven, Moisture collected between the oven door glass. I was unable to talk with someone for over a month, because they don’t answer the phone. You are put on hold for up to and over an hour. They finally sent a service repairman in January 2022. They were to order a new oven door to be delivered and replaced the defective oven door. We have been calling these numbers but are on hold an hour or more depending on how long we want to wait. * *************** ************** *************** ************** ************** *** * ** *** **** ***** * ********  was said to be closed. We have not goten the oven door yet so how is it closed. I also called the extended warranty number* *************** They can not help because the year warranty has not run out. I am contacting the BBB because of the frustration I am going thru to hold GE to the contract. I have a defective oven door which they said they would replace.       I purchased a new GE refrigerator which was delivered on 11-19-21. April 15, the refrigerator quit working and I lost all my food. Tech came 2 weeks later and said it was a compressor and was on backorder. Tech came May 3rd to put in the new compressor. 05-31 no ice and no freezer. The tech came 06-07 and put in a new main board. In 48 hours, the fridge was 40 and the freezer was 48. Customer Service said they would put this in for review and see if I could get a replacement. I was denied replacement because I did not have enough service calls. 6-16, tech came out and said there was a bad connector to the compressor and it lost all of the gas and he put in a new one. After 48 hours, no ice and freezer was 30. I called Customer Service and was told in order to get a replacement, I needed have 3 service calls and 3 different parts replaced, and she would put in for a replacement and call me. No calls, no email, I called Customer Service and they wanted to have a third party come out and look at my refrigerator. The scheduled third party did not show up, I called and they didn’t service my area. I called Customer Service and was told if they didn’t repair my issue this time, they would offer me a Letter of Commitment for replacement. The tech would have to come out to make sure it was not working. Tech came 7- 13 and could not fix it - he ordered 9 parts, some on back order, a second compressor and a second main board, plus 7 other parts. The tech would come back Sept. 2. called Customer Service and told her about my Letter of Commitment and was told their policies had changed. She would present my case and get back to me. I received an email from Customer Service saying they were closing my case because they hadn’t heard back from me. I got in touch with them and told them my issue is not resolved- my refrigerator is running hot and cold and I cannot keep any food in it or the freezer. Parts keep coming. I want a new refrigerator.

      I have a GE thru the wall air conditioner. The filter was destroyed by bees and I have an urgent need to replace it. However, there is no model number on the unit. The parts dept said it could not help me without a model number so I asked for a number for corporate. They gave me an incorrect number.

      I really need help replacing this filter either by:
      a) photo
      b) number on the filter itself A 4166
      c) measurements

      or all three options.

      Please please can someone higher up with creative problem solving skills help me.

      I spoke with the consumer on 8/2/22.  I instructed the consumer to either look on
      the side of her unit or under the front over to locate her model/serial
      information on her unit.  We need to know
      the model# to locate the correct filter.  The consumer wasn’t willing to remove the front cover.  I have emailed her to provide a photo of her
      product and the dimensions.   We will try to figure out the filter with that
      information, but there’s no guarantee.

      i COMMUNICATED WITH THE MAN AT THE GE OFFICE.  HE FOUND A FILTER THAT HE THINKS MIGHT WORK BY EYE BALLING IT BUT SEEMED INCAPABLE OF PROVIDING ESSENTIAL DIMENSIONS.  HEIGHT, WIDTH AND DEPTH.  IF HE HAS THE FILTER NUMBER HE SHOULD BE ABLE TO FIND OUT WHICH A/C GOES WITH IT SO HE CAN CALL THE WAREHOUSE AND ASK FOR THE DIMENSIONS.  OTHERWISE THESE PEOPLE KEEP WASTING MY TIME BY LEADING ME ON A WILD GOOSE CHASE

      Purchased a energy saver washing machine from G E and it NEVER worked right! Others have many complaints. The worst excuse for a plain old washing machine!!
      I've had service with the same complaint over the time period of 1 1/2 years!! Even the supervisor agreed with me saying his doesn't work either!!!! They should not get away with this troubling machine!!! Please help me receive Justice...

      We used our new GE oven/microwave last night for the first time with a major dish. All other uses have been to warm up dishes or to toast bread.Twenty minutes into baking lasagna the oven exploded into flames. We immediately open the oven door and the flames eventually stopped. My **** put the lasagna dish on aluminum foil and resumed cooking. Almost immediately flames broke out again.By now the house was filled with smoke and because of concern, my **** did not resume cooking the lasagna. In her sixty years of cooking she has never had an oven break out in flames.Hopefully, GE will replace this fire hazard with a safe model.
