      We purchased a GE 24 in. Front Control Dishwasher. The dishwasher was delivered on June 22. We started having problems with our dishwasher after only a few uses. We had to call for a repair. The dishwasher would only run for a short time and shut off. The water wouldn't drain out and the dispenser for detergent wouldn't open. The dryer wouldn't work to dry the dishes. This is almost the end of Oct. and I am still having issues with my dishwasher and it hasn't been usable since. Although, it has been supposed to be repaired each time. I keep having repair men come to my home and keep ordering parts. No solution to my problem!!! I paid $ 449 for this dishwasher at Home Depot and had to pay for installation. I should receive a full refund at this point. All I have is a hole that is filled with a non working dishwasher, if that is all I wanted I could have kept my old one. I could have paid a whole lot less money for a dish drain and kept washing dishes, instead I am making payments to Home Depot for a dishwasher I can NOT use!!! I will NEVER purchase another GE appliance, Nor will I ever recommend any one else purchase one at this point!!! I would love a full refund!!! Don't waste your money!!

      GE Appliance Warranty Repair and Service is a Joke. Here is a letter I sent to GE and my problem still exists.
      -- LETTER TO GE --
      Your technician was supposed to be here by 12 PM today. It is now 1 PM and I'm late for a meeting. I took off work this morning to meet this technician. Also, he was here once before and left without doing anything. He said the dishwasher is "mechanically sound." If he means it cleans dishes, then he is correct. But if all we wanted was a dishwasher to wash dishes, we would have bought a dishwasher in the $350 to $500 range, not $1,300 for the GE Profile, which we bought. We bought the GE Profile because it advertises that it is very quiet and operates under 30 dB. When it was first installed, several months ago, it was quiet. Recently, within the last couple of weeks, it has become very loud (way over 39dB). It looks to me that the bottom spray wand has become loose and is knocking into the dishwasher tray and/or silverware, making a loud knocking noise. We can send you a video of the dishwasher in operation making loud noises. The video also shows the decibel level (measured by a professional decibel meter). The technician sent out here last time is not only incompetent but he is also rude and unprofessional, and it appears nothing has changed, with either him or the company he works for, as he is a "no show" in the timeframe promised (8 AM - 12 Noon). Please do whatever is necessary to properly remedy this situation. Thank you.

      Same story. I bought a brand new electric dryer in June 2022. The thermostats failed 2 months later. The technician came 3 days after my request for appointment, good enough. He ordered parts that came sporadically. It needed 6 replacement parts. How is it possible that 6 parts fail 2 months after use?
      The parts did not come early enough for the next appointment originally scheduled 2 weeks after the technician's first visit, and GE cancelled the appointment without calling me (GE knew I hadn't received all the parts - coming from 4 different warehouses) Then GE did not reschedule - I thought they would automatically! I had to call them back and they said no technician was available before 10 days later...
      Don't buy GE. I will never buy another GE appliance again.

      On 4th dishwasher in less then a year and it was delivered damaged. Their customer service is awful!!’ Buyer beware don’t buy any GE products it’s too late for me but save yourself money, your countless time on with Ge!

      Worst product and worst experience ever!!!! I bought a CAFE Appliance package. I waited a year for my range. It worked for 2 weeks in August. Since then, technicians have visited 4 times and it still doesn't work. Then i got sent a supposed new range but i doubt its new as it has parts missing. If its new it means Cafe does not have a quality control system which is scary considering the price you pay for the units. I will NEVER buy Cafe or any GE appliances. This was my first and last time

      We purchased a ****** home in New Port Richey,Fl. in Feb. of 2020. The home came with GE appliances. The dishwasher started not drying the dishes,had a strange smell and we have discovered that it is full of black mold. This is very disappointing as we now have to replace a less than 3 year old dishwasher and do not yet know the extent of the damage. It is model #************ and serial #*********.

      We bought a new refrigerator, after 4 attempts by GE to repair it, the refrigerator is still not fixed, the door sticks out and the technician told us that we need a replacement, then customer service for GE interpreted this as it is non repairable and nothing else can be done, I would like to submit pictures as it shows the issue, NOBODY should buy GE appliances in the future, they do not warranty or back their poor quality

      Most disappointing experience ever with a GE washer purchased March 2022 delivered in April. Immediately there were issues. Damaged three of my blankets, multiple items of clothing pulling and wearing out brand new items after just a few washed. Looks like I had the clothes for years. Dealing with customer service they send a tech out. Tech says there’s oil leaking in the transmission. They can replace the part that will maybe fix the horrible noise but they can’t do anything about the fact it’s damaging and leaving filth all over my clothes. Been talking to Alex service manager for just about a month now and trying to get a return auth for their horrible product with zero success. I had a baby in June. It’s wrecking all the baby clothes on the delicate cycle. Just want to cry this is so frustrating. Never again will I buy a ge product. This will be going back to the store return auth or not I’ll leave it in their entry way.

      We bought a GE profile refrigerator 3 years ago. We immediately began having issues with the ice maker. They came out on several occasions but it never “stuck”. Finally several weeks ago it quit making ice altogether and then the freezer portion quit and we lost everything in the freezer. A repairman came out and put in Freon and ordered a part, he said. Within 2 days it quit again. We were then told it was actually 3 parts and it would be NOVEMBER 23 before it came in and may be several more weeks before a repairman could be here. They did offer to send us $125 to “buy a mini fridge” to replace out large one. Now the refrigerator portion has quit. We were told that they had 2 parts but were still looking for a third. If they can’t get the part by Wednesday, they will replace it but it will take 4 weeks. Or we can get an instant rebate of $150. On a $4500 refrigerator that is less than 3 years old. First, this is unacceptable. This refrigerator is for two 90 year old people who have medications and specialty foods they have to keep cold. Their adult daughter and son in law have started staying there as the owner is in hospice and needs care 24/7. This is unacceptable. They have been lifelong GE customers and should not be treated this way. As their daughter, I am appalled.

      I regret getting our brand new Ge profile fridge ! It’s been nothing but trouble and another few weeks out before a tech can get here to tell us another few weeks in parts! This is unacceptable ! We received our fridge with the ice machine not working .Another 2 weeks tech comes and fixes the door . Leaving us still not working ice machine. Low water pressure . The next tech findsthe problem . A wire that didn’t belong across the ice machine slot that comes out . After another few weeks , door panel gets changed as well as some parts . Tech was great ! But came to notice the door color isn’t an exact match ! Finger prints are noticeable . Spoke to tech next am and he did order exactly was needed . Another quality issue ? Now 2 days later and error on my fridge panel ! And nothing is working on my panel ! Now I have NO water , NO ice and I can’t tell if my temperature is correct in fridge ! Also middle drawer temperature reading is flashing ! First time buying GE and will be My Last ! Was hoping I was excited for our new kitchen appliances but this has been Horrible ! This can’t not wait another month OUT! To spend all this money and THIS has been the worst experience .
