      I should have used my previous company. Very little follow up after the job was complete. had to have the doors re- adjusted but even after that I had to add my own blocks for air leaks.
      I would hesitate to recommend them. At the bottom of this review it says I have read THEIR terms and agree but like most, I wont read or agree, as mandated, to leave this review. I will however check the box so this goes through.

      I ordered patio doors and a double window to replace damage after tornado damage. There was NO communication from the company unless I called to check on the order.
      The order took five months instead of three months to arrive. When installing, not all the parts were sent with the patio doors to complete. After several calls, a return visit from installers still did not complete the job.
      The hardware we ordered still has not been installed correctly. The paint has cracked around the doors. I have contacted them and have sent notes and they have not replied. The salesman, Todd, was friendly and did a fine job when ordering the doors. Brittany, the scheduler at the office was very professional in taking my calls and passing them on. The installers were nice guys but left some tools on the deck, caulk and paint in some places that weren’t needed.
      STILL WAITING for a reply from the company to complete the job. This has been nearly a year?
      I would recommend the sliding doors and the window to other people but not from this store in Louisville, KY, Renewal by Anderson.

      I had a great experience with Renewal by Andersen. My window installation was faster than I ever expected and my electric bill dropped 30%!

      I had 4 windows replaced by Renewal by Andersen of Lexington. From start to finish the sale and installation was flawless. Heather Smith was the sales agent I met with and we hit it off immediately. She had all of the answers and she never misled me in any way. The windows are gorgeous and those installation folks were so careful and you cannot tell that these windows are replacements. I would not go anywhere else and I hope to have more windows replaced in the future with Heather as my rep! Anne W

      They are the most unorganized group of people ever!! They called and canceled, rescheduled, at least 4 times on me, because they set up appointment then didn’t have the product, someone supposed to call in in 3 days from now, or they just didn’t show up! I think they should take their commercial off the TV, none of what they say is true. We were on a trip during one appointment and drove home, only to get cancelled. And I was treated DIRT!! P.S. ARRON Delsea supervisor doesn’t care!?

      This team is AMAZING! From sales to installation, they were friendly, honest, professional and pleasant to be around. On install day, the crew was energetic and worked with urgency. Our sales representative, Heather, has been great. She was timely with communication and walked us through every step of the process.
      The windows are beautiful and worth the investment. I’d do it again in a heartbeat.
