Working with Built Wright Homes has been the worst experience of my life. In 2022 we signed a contract with *** from Built Wright to have our roof and siding replaced after the hail storm. We have been patiently waiting ALMOST 2 YEARS to have our siding replaced. We have called *** and the Built Wright team many times and are constantly promised solutions and to be contacted in a timely manner but that never happens. We have tried to be reasonable with our expectation of time line because we understood that a lot of people had hail damage to their homes as well, but waiting 2 years to still not even have an ETA and to have not actually received a return call from *** in 4 months despite attempts to reach out has been ridiculously unprofessional. All we want is our siding to be replaced in a professional manner so we can move on from this nightmare. Worst of all has been getting the run around whenever we try to get information. *** always seems to be with a client or can’t find our contract or is out sick or is driving or something else that causes him to not be able to call us back/answer our call/get us any information on ETA. Would love to have a resolution that ends with us getting the siding installed that we were promised.

***** ****, who is one of our Co-Owners in our Company was apprised of ******* ********* frustration and dissatisfaction in reference to her siding not being installed per initial agreement. I personally spoke with ******* ********* on Friday April 12th and relayed her information to *** ****.  He prepared a statement for her and emailed her on Saturday, the 13th.  I received a call from *** ********* on Saturday evening  with questions she had in reference to the email.  I immediately spoke with *** **** to see if he was available to meet with her on Monday.   He called her directly and scheduled a meeting with her for Monday, the 15th in the afternoon.  ******* ********* and *** **** met and resolved all issues and we will be doing her siding upon her request and agreed upon by all parties.  It was a very successful meeting and we are moving forward to resolve all issues.  I telephoned *** ********* on Monday the 15th in the evening and we spoke and I asked her if she was satisfied with everything and if she felt good with the meeting and she said "yes, it went well, she felt like *** **** was very professional, kind and understanding." She appreciated my telephone call and it was such a pleasure speaking with her and resolving her concerns, we will now move forward.

Materials are being ordered and upon delivery the siding will be installed per the agreement.
