    Had company regrout shower tiles. Had used them previously with no problems. That part of job was good, however technician left scratches in the metal bathroom sink. These were not there before. Scratches appear to be from tool that he was using. Contacted owner and sent him pictures of the damage. Owner said he would forward to tech. The tile work was February 7th and that was the date the owner was notified of damages. No contact from the owner since them. This is not a builder grade big box store bathroom sink, but ordered from Ferguson plumbing.

    Technician that was on location said only items that were placed in sink, Sponge, mixing stick and small plastic quart container. Convinced these could not cause scratches I informed customer of my conversation with the technician. The customer did not request at that time for me to look at sink. I only became aware of this request from the BBB complaint. I then contacted this customer and made arrangements to look at it. Upon arrival it did have some small scratches around drain. I was able to make a scratch in the sink with just a finger nail. This was a some type of copper sink. I was able to remove scratches within 45 seconds with polishing cloth. Ask customer to contact the BBB for this is resolved.
