    I had rented a climate controlled storage unit at this facility and after 2 months.
    I had noticed the air conditioning system. Was not working. I told the manager **** about the problem. He said he would get down there and look at it. After noticing it still wasn't working. 2 weeks later, I notified him again about the issue. He said he would Adjust the thermostat. After another 2 weeks it still wasn't working. I notified him again. He said he would call someone to look at it to which I had notified him that I videoed the unit not working and attempting to Cycle for 8 seconds and then try to cycle again after two and a half minutes repeatedly failing to cycle. After another week I had noticed it still not working. I notified him again. He said he would have someone look at it. Within another week, I contacted him about the issue. He said his contact said he had cleaned cottonwood off of the Condenser fins on the outside of the unit and checked the freon and said that it was good. After
    another week I noticed it still not working and told him basically what the problem was after speaking to an HVAC technician
    who installed a mini split unit on my home. He then told me he had called someone again, but they had went to the wrong building at that facility. Another week later, still not working I contacted him again. He said he would have someone come and look at it again and then told me that it was twelve pounds low on freon. It is still not working as of 9-29-24. In addition I haven't been able to pay my bill online like when I first rented the units. This was not a problem until I started complaining about my unit not being climate controlled because the system was broke. I have been repeatedly lied to. Have heard every excuse in the world as an attempt of a means of remedy. Spent 2 weekends in a row shuffling items around like a leather sectional, mattresses, wood furniture that could be ruined by humidity specifically, because green mold growing on my couch.

    I chose this company due to them having a move in truck advertised as well as clean units and full time security. Upon moving in I was greeted with their move in truck not being license or registered with the state for over a year so not drivable. As well as the rate and due date changed several times and no one had the same information as to why. The property has failing gates that do not operate. The “no contract”. Move out when you please is simply false. If you move out before or after a due date you’re charged the entire month until the following first. There is no prorated amount and no breaks however if you’re late you can expect that late fee. Also the property is infested with rodents as I’ve had to file an insurance claim currently. The property will not give you the brochure or the paperwork showing what is covered and what is not. Or what the limits to a claim can be. Also referenced to the move in truck not being available when I moved in, it is just now a month before I move out tagged registered and licensed. I asked if I could use it for move out (considering move in it wasn’t an option) and I’m told it’s only for move in and can’t be used elsewhere. This company not only provides false information and withholds important details but also neglects to be considering to the needs of their customers. I moved in around November of 2022 and due to their lack of (or ignorance) to give honest information of due dates and explain the promotions when I moved in I have paid several late fees I had to pay an extra month (estimated move out was the fifth of the month) because move out was difficult with broken gates and the rat problem. I was even told by the staff “no breaks are given to customers and it sucks. I am not sure I want to be here much longer even as an employee”. I mean is this really the business front you want not only your employees to portray but the treatment of your customers? I’ll never recommend this company to anyone. New Albany bell lane
