      We purchased a Monessen ****** vent-less fireplace in 2020 (see Installation Instructions ******** Rev. M). We did not first try to utilize this device until late 2021 (December) because the home was not complete and received occupancy in late October 2021. When we tried utilizing this and adjusting the volume of the flame - the remote did not work properly so we purchased a specialized stylus. This did not work either. We called Monessen in Wisconsin I believe (phone #************) - who wouldn't help us at all just referred us to the "dealer" we purchased it from which was ********* **** in Metairie, LA (****** ************). They claimed they didn't know when they could come out and that it was a problem with remote - which supposedly was recalled or something. They also claimed they were too busy due to Hurricane IDA. We have never been able to utilize this Monessen ****** because we cannot adjust the flame down. We need results now or will also be calling the FTC. Thank you.

      I contacted **** at ********* **** and he is going to call the homeowner to schedule service.  He intends to have parts with in hopes of completing any repairs within one trip.  I have called the homeowners and made them aware of this and they are expecting a call from ****.  If he doesn't call or if he comes out and is unable to make the repair, she has my number and can reach back out to me for further assistance.
