    Horrible customer service. I needed someone to fix my dishwasher. I called this company, explained the dishwasher problem, and was told that they don't work with a lot of GE appliances (which is what I have), but that they would come out anyway to take a look at it. I was informed TWICE by TWO different people at the company that if they were unable to fix the dishwasher, I would not have to pay anything. When they came out to my home, my husband was there. They were unable to fix the problem and made a guess as to what was actually wrong with it, but told my husband that they would do more research and call us back later with a diagnosis. However, before they left, they charged a $95 fee. Upon finding out this information, I called the company and inquired about why we received a charge when I had been informed that they would not if they could not fix the dishwasher. The receptionist was very rude and dismissive as though I had made the conversation up. She informed me that I would be receiving a call from the owner and I haven't heard from anyone yet. If I could leave no stars, I would. This company does not honor what they say. Do not trust them.
