    ****** ****** provided a quote to refinish all wood floors in our home. The quote included some repairs, removing and reinstalling all shoe molding and sanding, staining and finishing all wood floors. The total for the job was to be $8745. The work was substantially complete and the final payment was made on May 9, 2022. Shortly thereafter, we noticed that the shoe mold had not been replaced on the steps. We contacted Mr. ****** who said he would get us in the schedule to complete the work. To date he has not done so, and now has ceased answering calls or responding to messages. I believe this to be an honest mistake at the outset. It was a big job; none of us noticed the omission until after the check was cut. However, it does need to be remedied and, apparently, he has decided not to do so.

    Photo attached that shows where shoe mold had been attached then removed but not replaced. There are multiple locations with this issue.
