    Back in November of 2022, I placed an order with Battleground Custom Designs at a high school craft show. I had ordered two identical wooden signs to honor my Papaw who passed in 2010 originally for Christmas or soon thereafter. About a week before Christmas in 2022, I asked for a timeframe for when they should be ready, and he replied "Sometime next weekend". A few weeks after Christmas, I reached back out asking for another update, no response. I reached back out again a few other times, and again no response. I've asked for a refund from him before, but he said he would make them and get back to me. He never got back to me. Throughout the 11 months, he responded a small handful of times saying "When they are ready, I will let you know". Throughout the 11 months, I have seen his posts on Facebook about his new creations, which made me feel ignored and overlooked. After expressing how frustrated I was, he finally offered me a refund that he was going to mail to me, I gave him my address. This was Monday, November 13. Here we are 2 months later, I still have not received my promised refund. In some of his messages on November 13, he was very rude in his responses. He says he reached out to me claiming they are ready, to which I get no response, and there has been no follow-up message(s) about picking up. However, I am not the only one that has happened to this business. Several coworkers at a friend's mom's work said that pretty much the same thing happened to them. There was no communication, scamming, unfriendliness, many people not receiving products, and no promised refunds.
