  ******* ******* the owner is a thief. I hired his company to do the landscape on my business. He was paid almost $6,000 for the work, 4 months ago and has never completed any of it. He has swore up and down that the work would be completed and never has. He is nothing but a complete thief. Supposedly he is also a firefighter for the PRP. How sickening that we have people like him working for our city. I have every text message, every phone call of ours recorded. I will be seeing them in court ??.

  the complaint is flawed and mostly untrue, we were hired to complete a $6,000 job for the property and had asked for the money for materials upfront before the month of may witch is our busy season, nothing was heard from or seen from the other business until the end of June. upon receiving payment I contacted my point of contact (his manager) and explained that we can get job completed but it may be delayed because original date was missed for start. 

  everything was seemed to be in agreement until I have received threats from mr ********, I have all text messages of threats and comments. he has threatened my personal life called me names and threatened my employees, has also threatened to come to my personal house. which can be proven with my screenshots of messages. so far as not even starting the job that is also untrue, I have many photos to prove our presence there at property working, my crew has completed over half of the job. we are near the ned of the work but myself and my employees will not be finishing due to the threats and insults thrown our way. I am willing to pay the remaining balance that was not finished but I feel a court should decide that amount. also this is a business matter and as can be seen in his complaint he has thrown my personal job into a business matter witch shows the level of emotion he is using. I do not believe he is competent mentally or emotionally to be handling a business as he is, as can be proven with the threats to me and my employees. we all agree it feels very unsafe at the property because of his actions.

  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
  
  
  
  ******* is trying to play the victim card here. I have filed a police report and will have him charged. I have no response to the lies he just stated. I have proof that nothing has been done to my property, and proof he cashed my check and has done nothing but lie. He will be charged with a felony by the end of the month.
