    I only use Carpets Direct KY, for all of my flooring needs. The team gave me a fantastic experience from start to finish. The selection of carpets was impressive, with a wide variety of styles, colors, and textures to choose from. Whether you're looking for something plush and luxurious or durable and practical, they have it all. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to understand my needs and offered valuable advice without being pushy. I appreciated their willingness to answer all my questions and help me find the perfect carpet for my home. The installation process was seamless as well. The team was punctual, professional, and paid close attention to detail. They ensured that everything was installed to perfection, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Overall, I highly recommend Carpets Direct KY for anyone in the market for new carpets.     Had a very bad experience with this company. The installer they sent didn't know what he was doing. Talked to the manager that was extremely rude. Sent another installer and tried charging me for first installer mistakes. Still trying to put my house back in order after the installation. Doors was left off after they raised my floors 2 inches. Nicked my porcelain tub in 3 places. Horrible company! Don't use them!
