    Absolutely disappointed with the service from *** ***. They were contracted by ************ to install the plumbing in our home. We discovered a leak in our kitchen ceiling as a result of a pipe installed by *** ***. The plumber sent by *** *** was almost giddy to say that they didn't have to cover anything and that it was our problem. When asked if they were going to take pride in their work and stand by it. The plumber responded with they only do so for a year. Be warned when working with *** ***, they will leave you holding the bag at the first chance they get

    HI ****, We are sorry to hear about your perceived experience involving the warranty on your home. We finished the plumbing and had the final inspection by the state plumbing inspector on 8-31-2022. Our warranty on a new construction home for your builder is 1 year. I'm certain ******************** has that in your purchase contract. Our completion of our scope of work on your house was over 2-1/2 years ago. I'm not sure where the misunderstanding is; our contract with your home builder is very clear. We would have been glad to take a look at the issue while our tech was at your home; however, since the home's warranty had expired, the service would have been at a service fee.
