      JG Moving Solution was obtained for a move from Fort Worth, TX to Greenville, SC for 2 26' trucks with 5 men for a 3 day move on 7/6-7/8/22. ******** *****, the owner, originally quoted a little less than $9K with arrival between 9 and 12. On 6/13/22 I did a virtual tour with him and he indicated I needed 3 trucks and quoted a little less than $12K. His mom ended up managing the move and came with 2 trucks and 4 men. It didn't fit because ******** tried to do it with 2 trucks. His lack of planning a 3rd truck caused him to increase my move to $15K, which is not fair for him to keep increasing the price. They came at 4:30 pm on 7/6 and loaded until 3:15am. Had to come back the following day and came with a trailer, not a 3rd truck. ******** would not communicate via phone or text and called me once and hung up on me. The items did not arrive on 7/8/22 as promised, but on 7/10/22 at 8:30pm and unloaded the truck through 8am Monday morning. I had to take a day off of work at a new job. The crew was supposed to come back Monday afternoon, ****** and *** to finish setting up the beds, dresser on the mirror and handles on the refrigerator. None of that happened and they lied about coming back to do so.

      This entire move was a nightmare due to lack of communication, increasing of pricing, holding my items hostage pretty much until I paid, loading and unloading at unreasonable hours of the night and not delivering as promised of a 3 day move. Day 1-load, Day 2-travel and Day 3-drop off. This turned into a 6 day move with much anguish and anxiety of not knowing if my items were going to arrive.

      I am expecting a refund of the difference of $3,058.00 between the original quote of $11,942.50 and the $15,000.50 I ended up paying. Documented in the supporting attachments. I would also like $500.00 for the time I had to take off from work on 7/11/22 to manage the unloading with the crew. ******** was also a referral from a friend which they are embarrassed.
