BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning consumers that have mailed in $150.00 to activate their cruise offer and have not heard back or received anything from the company. The complaints also allege trying to contact the company and have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone to discuss the matter. BBB contacted this company in writing in December 2015 to explain the pattern of complaints to them and offer the chance to respond and correct. BBB has not heard from the company regarding the letter and BBB continues to receive complaints regarding the same issues.
