5 starsWe used AA ********************************************* to measure, cut, and install plexiglass at our camp. They did a wonderful job, and the staff was very professional. The owner, *** ******, came out to measure himself, a 45-minute ride from ***********, at no charge. I have referred this company to my friends and family to replace mirrors and screens and received excellent feedback. Just had such an horrible experience with this company(specifically the owner *******************) and its shady business practices. Called them on Friday to come out to replace my commercial door closer(arm that retracts the door) the tech (****) did a great job. He replaced the part. However, when we went to close up shop later that night, the lock wouldnt catch. Tech came out & said lock went bad and needed to be replaced for an additional $161. I refused, tech said owner will come take a look at it.*** (owner) arrives tells me that they longer need to replace the original lock (cylinder) and that its working perfectly fine, that they just needed to put some WD-40 on it, even though the tech was adamant that it needed to be replaced. I expressed my confusion about the back and forth and questionable business practices they were using, and instead of apologizing for the confusion, *** spoke to me in the most disrespectful, insulting and degrading way. Word for word, he stated that if I didnt like the job they did, he couldnt care less if called another company, because hes been in business over 40 years, without a blemish on his record to the BBB, so do whatever I need to do. A few more disrespectful words were spoken, and I was so taken aback by how this man was speaking to me, that I quickly ended the conversation and simply said thanks for your time. Now this is not the behavior I would have expected from a fellow small business owner in our local community and I am extremely disappointed to say the least. I hope that by me sharing my story, I can prevent him from treating anyone else the way he treated me and the way he spoke to me today. The tech even called my business afterwards to apologize because of how the owner treated me. I am a small black woman owned business, for over 15 years and didnt deserve to be handled in such a disgusting and disrespectful way.

There are always two sides to a story. You have presented one.
