We are members of the Safe Inflatable Operators Training Organization." BBB requested substantiation from this business of what license they were referring to and proof of membership in the Safe Inflatable Operators Training Organization. The company responded that they had their occupational license with their parish tax office. This is not a specialty license and is not required for this industry, but rather a license for paying taxes in their parish.
BBB then went to the Safe Inflatable Operators website at https://sioto.com/ and was unable to find any registration or membership for this business. We asked the company to remove the false claim of membership, but they did not respond and the claim remains on their website.
