    The Technician came out on 8/13/24 and install a new Evaporator Coil around 11:45am. He did a really rush job. Once he completed, he did not stick around to see if everything was working properly; but he was very fast to ask were we paying with cash or card. After he left and stayed home from work for about an hour to make sure the home was cooling properly. The temperature stayed on 75 degrees for about 45 minutes and I assumed the home would cool on off. Checked back around 4:45pm and the temp. was 80 degrees! The Tech did come back out around 5:55 pm to say the the breakers inside the unit were blown and need to order the parts and would be back when the parts come in. These parts could be purchased at any home improvement store!; but they chose not to go above and beyond to take care of their customer. My family and myself (including my 12 yr old little girl) had to suffer throughout the night in temps raising up to 87 degrees inside our home. My spouse called the company this morning and did not receive an answer. She also sent the owner a text message but no response. I tried reaching out to the Owner myself but had to leave a message on his voicemail. I feel like they received our money and just putting is off at this point! Made it home from work and it was 94 degrees!!!! in my home. The Owner finally answered the phone stating the part will be in at 630am on 8/15/24 and that they will come right out to install the part. The Tech didn't make it out until 10:48am. I highly advise no one to do business with the Company because they are very unprofessional & dishonest people that has no sense of urgency for anyone's well being. The Tech finally showed up and talked really bad to my spouse! I hate I couldn't take off of work again!, so I could have been there to hear him talk to me that way!
