On September 12, 2014 BBB was notified that the company had a BBB accredited business plaque in their showroom. The company is not a BBB accredited business. The BBB logo is federally registered trademark. Use of the BBB name/logo without permission is a violation of Federal trademark laws. As of October 22, 2014 the company has not complied with letting BBB know that they have taken down the old BBB plaque that was in the office.
