CONSENT ORDER SIGNED APRIL 15, 2024


Commissioner of Commerce Grace Arnold (Commissioner) has determined as follows:


The Commissioner has advised Southern Scripts, LLC d/b/a Liviniti, LLC (Respondent)
that she is prepared to commence formal action, pursuant to Minn. Stat. Chs. 45 and 62W (2022) and
other applicable law, based on an allegation that Respondent performed pharmacy benefit manager
services in Minnesota between January 1, 2021, and February 8, 2024, without a license, in violation of
Minn. Stat. § 62W.03, subd. 1{2022). 


The following Order is in the public interest.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, pursuant to Minn. Stat. Chs. 45 and 62W (2022), that:


Respondent shall pay a civil penalty in the amount of $20,000 to the State of Minnesota.


Respondent shall cease and desist from any further violation of Minn. Stat. § 62W.03
(2022).


Respondent shall pay investigative costs in the amount of $135 to the State of
Minnesota.


This Order shall be effective upon signature by or on behalf of the Commissioner as April 15, 2024.
