    Mid July dropped off 9 items for cleaning/pressing. A week later, when I went to pick items, I was missing a pair of mens pants. Called immediately and gave them the item number from the their ticket and a description of item. Someone was to look for pants and call me back. No one ever called back. I called several times, and at some point asking for the owner. Three weeks later, I finally get to speak with owner who accuses me of trying to scam them (for one pair of pants!). It was mentioned that I brought 9 items in, was charged for 9 items, but only came home with 8 items. He said this was my fault and his company, nor his employees were not at fault. I asked to be reimbursed for the cleaning of the lost item - saying while I am aggravated they lost my item- stuff like this happens. He said no. Terrible customer service and poor attitude by owner.
