  STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY 7-8-2025. I ordered a magazine for my 223 CVA cascade. They sent me the wrong magazine and want me to pay for the shipping to return it and a restocking fee. I wish I had read the reviews before i ordered from them.

  We’ve reviewed your order carefully and want to speak plainly and truthfully in response.
  
  The magazine we shipped was the exact item that was selected and confirmed during checkout. We did not substitute or alter your order in any way. To now claim that we sent you something you did not order is simply not accurate.
  
  As a business built on integrity and guided by biblical principles, we believe in being honest, even when it's difficult. We also believe that accountability matters. Mistakes happen—we all make them—but it’s how we respond that reflects our character.
  
  You are welcome to return the item under the same return policy that applies to all our customers: it must be new and unused, and returns are subject to restocking fees and shipping costs. This is clearly outlined at the time of purchase and on our website.
  
  We will not label something as fraud when it is not. Accusations of that nature are serious and, in this case, unfounded.
  
  If you would like to return the item within policy guidelines, we are happy to assist. If not, we consider this matter closed.

  I most definitely agree with most of the complaints here about service. Placed an order for a firearm on 01-07-2025. Have not received my purchase from them yet. Tracking information constantly states that the order has not left the facility yet. Most fire arms I purchase from other retailers arrive within 3-5 days. I have called the both called the company and sent emails to this company regarding my purchase , and as of yet , still has not had a response from them. With the reviews they are receiving , I don't know how they have the rating by the BBB that they do have.

  Beware of this company is a scam. Bottom shows my purchase. I left email, various calls on answering machine because no one ever answers phone. They withdrew my credit card and still have not heard back from anyone here. on bottom it shows my order with amount I paid and status still in processing. I wish I would have known. Make sure if purchasing any firearms do so from a reputable company. I don't know how these people stay in business But I guess by defrauding people. I only left 1 star because system would not let me leave blank.

  I placed an order that was a mistake on my part. I read some reviews and feared the worst. I called about 40 minutes after they opened and the phone was picked up by Joshua. He was pleasant and very helpful. He assisted me and it was pretty painless.
  Ignore the bad reviews.

  0 stars would be better. I’ve tried calling them, email, social media no response. Every phone call nobody answer every email nobody responds. Pathetic company. With no communication don’t waste your time trying to buy from them they don’t answer any questions. How they have an A+ rating makes no sense clearly BBB has employees who don’t listen to consumers reviews.

  I placed a $1800 gun order on 11/19/23 that was stated to be in-stock. They have received payment and ffl information. There has been no update since. Today is 11/30/23.
  As many others here have said, they do not answer or return phone calls and do not reply to emails.
  Be warned, and do yourself a favor by taking your business somewhere else.

  Wow I wish I read these reviews before I started ordering from them.the first two orders went fine.it was two ar-15’s that shipped out fast.my 3rd one is still waiting to be shipped.I contacted them by email and they said it will ship today.I will suggest they update their web sight because when I go to my orders it says “still processing “ on items that I have already received weeks ago.I don’t know what’s up with that..I’m sorry people have had bad experiences with them but I’ve been happy with them so far.

  After ordering a heritage revolver on gunbroker the gun that arrived at the local ffl was the wrong one, they sent a return postage and it was sent back, 3 weeks go by, after numerous attempts to contact shooting surplus there has been nobody get back to me about where the right one is. Money already pulled out of my bank acct. nobody ever answers the phone or email.
